MZ Trucking Plus Incorporated is an interstate motor carrier registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation under USDOT number 4321067. This website provides general information about our company and the freight transportation services we offer.

Information on this site is not an offer to transport any particular shipment. Rates, availability, equipment and delivery schedules are confirmed only in writing for each load.

All freight we transport is governed by the applicable rate confirmation, bill of lading, broker-carrier or shipper-carrier agreement, and applicable federal law, including 49 U.S.C. § 14706. If those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents control for the shipment they cover. Claims for loss, damage or delay must be submitted in writing within the time periods set out in those documents and in applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or related systems.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by introducing malware or overloading its infrastructure.
